Garrett M. Graff, Editor of The Washingtonian magazine, will give the inside story of how content management and social technologies helped win the Presidency for Barack Obama in 2008, and the ways in which the internet is rewriting the rules of presidential campaigning.
Jesse Wilkins, Director of AIIM, will then discuss some of the findings of an industry task force led by Professor Andrew McAfee and facilitated by his organization. The findings will describe particular use cases for using social and Enterprise 2.0 technologies to transform key business processes, and strategies for getting these technologies "in the flow" of work and business processes, as opposed to "above the flow."
Rounding out the session will be a question and answer session with the speakers hosted by Iron Mountain's Chairman and CEO, C. Richard Reese.
